Three engagements. One architect's seat.
Everything we sell is one of these three engagements, in sequence or standing alone. Defined scope, a deliverable you keep, and zero vendor allegiances behind any recommendation.

Finance Systems Assessment
A complete map of how money and information actually move through your business, and a prioritized plan to fix it.
The assessment answers one question: where does your finance operation lose time, control, and certainty, and in what order that should be fixed. We interview the people who run the close, trace how numbers actually get produced, and inventory every system and spreadsheet in the path.
Starting from scratch is the cleanest version of this engagement: nothing to map, nothing to unwind. The assessment becomes a clean-sheet design, and the blueprint is the stack you build first, with policies and guardrails in place before the first bad habit forms.
Either way, the blueprint you receive is written to be executable by any competent implementer, including your own team. Continuing into a build is common, but the document does not depend on it.
02 / BUILD
The Build
Your close, approvals, and reporting rebuilt as governed systems.
The Build implements the roadmap's top priorities as governed systems: reconciliations that run continuously instead of at month-end, approvals that enforce your policy at the moment of action, and reporting that assembles itself from a reconciled model.
Policy enforcement is rules-based and deterministic: AI analyzes and recommends; rules enforce. Every automated action is logged with a timestamp, rationale, and policy reference, and every build ends with your team trained on the running system.
03 / OPERATE
Operate
The finance systems architect on your team, without the full-time hire.
Operate is the fractional architect seat itself: the systems stay monitored, agents stay inside their earned autonomy tiers, and leadership gets a monthly signal review instead of month-end surprises.
The retainer also carries the roadmap forward: the next automation is always scoped, and new policies are encoded as the business changes. Month to month, documented throughout, and easy to leave.
04 / COVERAGE
What the architecture covers
The same architect's seat covers three domains, because a close that will not tie out is rarely just a finance problem. Coverage is described by capability, never by product.
Finance
- Finance operating model design
- Decision infrastructure for planning, reporting, and controls
- Close and reconciliation discipline
- Forecasting cadence
- Cost governance
- Capital and cash flow strategy
Technology
- Data pipeline and integration architecture
- Document, knowledge, and access governance
- Technology stack assessment and modernization
- Security and access control architecture
- Organizational data discipline as the prerequisite for effective AI
- AI readiness and implementation strategy
Revenue
- Revenue operations architecture
- Sales process engineering and pipeline system design
- Lead-to-close workflow
- Performance metrics and incentive alignment
- Partner onboarding and enablement systems
- Positioning for transferable, sale-ready value
